Why in Some Countries still using Internet Explorer the Most ?;

Although Microsoft has announced officially that they will not help to the users of IE8, 9 or 10. It means there will be no security updates for these versions of Internet Explorer. Only IE 11 will get security updates till they need. As Microsoft has launched the star of Windows 10, i.e. the Edge browser. But still there is some systems, websites, banks & even countries using Internet Explorer.

Taking an example, Korea; It is the technological developed country. The Internet speed is amezing & every where 4G LTE available. But there is also a drawback of technology. The govt of Korea still made bound to use Internet Explorer to their people. Some banks, credit card providers & transaction sites are still using IE. If some payment site tries to implement some different system other than IE, the Banks & Credit Cards servers will not accept their transactions. They call it " Unsafe" for transaction. Even users also face so many problems like if someone using Chrome, Firefox or Safari browser, during transaction or check out there is a pop up comes saying "You are not using Internet Explorer" & the transaction declines.

This becomes more worse with Apple users. Because they don't have explore. Active Directrix helps them a lot. In Korea it is like a law to use IE.

But now may the rule is going for change. They are accepting the Chrome or Edge browser. But there is also a condition, i.e. the user have to use the updated version of the browser.
