Since the service added voice calling feature, there were reports that the messaging service will add callback and voicemail feature too. Early this year in April, a translation document hinted at WhatsApp getting the feature. Now finally WhatsApp is rolling out the feature to its Android Beta program users. The updated WhatsApp app is available to Android Beta user group and also available in the form of a signed APK from APK Mirror. WhatsApp users could soon be able to share and listen to music directly in the messaging app! Whatsapp is rumoured to be planning an upadate to its popular messaging app, that would allow users to share and listen to music directly in the app. German site Macerkopf said it has been playing around with the latest developer version of WhatsApp, and spotted a new feature that lets you to share music with your contacts. This includes music that is stored locally on your device, as well as tracks from Apple Music. Apparently, the feature will work by letting you share a track, which the recipient sees via the album artwork and a music icon, which they can then tap to listen. Brazil is blacking out WhatsApp for 72 hours, thanks to an encryption battle.

Bad News for Brazil,  A Brazilian judge ordered wireless phone carriers to block access to Facebook Inc's WhatsApp for 72 hours throughout Latin America's largest country starting Monday afternoon, the second such incident against the popular messaging application in five months. Judge Marcel Montalvao issued the order because the app’s parent company, Facebook, refuses to give information to the government regarding a criminal investigation. This is not the first time WhatsApp has been in hot water in Brazil. In December it was ordered to be blocked for two days over another similar case, but access was restored after just 12 hours. At the time, Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg said it was “a sad day for Brazil.” The free app is very popular in Brazil and is estimated to be installed in over 90 percent of cell phones there. That translates to roughly 100 million phones. According to Bloomberg News , neither Facebook nor WhatsApp has commented on the case. Sources
