India Is The safest Place for Muslims- Kashmir CM

Image
Kashmir is a very very concerned matter from a long decade for both India & Pakistan.  As our neighboring country Pakistan is making it polluted with terrorists & terrorism. Undoubtedly, Pak has been receiving support from some Kashmiris who have their own vested interests in supporting the country. Despite such situation, India has always tried to maintain peace and harmony in the valley; however, after the killing of terrorist Burhan Wani by the armed forces, the situation has become so bad that the government has been compelled to impose curfew.   Also the Uri attack, made the relation between the countries very worse. India also intended to take some big action against Pakistan's this type of terrorized works.  At a time when the clouds of war are flowing above India and Pakistan, the acting CM of J&K, Mehbooba Mufti, said that India is the safest country for the Muslims in this whole world. “Aaj kal ke waqt mein agar duniya ke kisi koney mein humare mus

Pakistan is waiting for the day Kashmir becomes its part, Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif said on Friday after his party PML-N swept PoK's legislative assembly elections. "Their movement for freedom cannot be stopped and it will be successful. You are aware of how they are being beaten and killed. All our prayers are with them and we are waiting for the day Kashmir becomes (part of) Pakistan," Sharif was quoted as saying by Dawn News. PML-N is set to form the next government in PoK as the unofficial results of the election for 41 direct seats of the legislative assembly on Thursday suggested a landslide victory for the party. "I saw the election results at night and thought that if our victory is evident, I will travel to Muzaffarabad to congratulate my brothers and sisters. I was told to go tomorrow or day after tomorrow, but said I can't wait, I want to go tonight," he said. The Premier thanked the people of PoK for their support, conveying his gra

Finally Rahul Gandhi said ''Sorry"

Image
Congress vice president Rahul Gandhi is unlikely to apologise for his defamatory remarks against the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh, sources said on Tuesday. Earlier in the day, the Supreme Court wrapped up the Gandhi scion for his remarks asking him to either apologise or face trial in the case. "If you won't apologise, you will have to face trial," the court said pulling up the Congress leader for his remarks. "We have held it may be historically correct but the factor the statement has to meet the test of a public good. You can't make collective denunciation," a Bench comprising Justices Dipak Misra and RF Nariman said. The Bench said that "freedom is not crippled or curbed. What is curbed is freedom of speech. What the writers, politicians, critics or antagonists say, you must have the great magnitude to swallow". The bench questioned the speech made by Rahul and wondered "why he made a speech quoting wrong historical fact"

Warning from India to Pakistan !

Image
India's Ambassador to the UN  Syed Akbaruddin  has strongly reacted to Pakistan's envoy  Maleeha Lodhi 's statements in which she condemned the killing of Hizbul commander  Burhan Wani .  In its reaction to the above, India accused Pakistan of praising the virtues of terrorists and wanting others' territories.  It was during a debate on human rights in the 193-member UN General Assembly that Lodhi raised the issue of Kashmir, and called "Kashmiri leader" Wani's encounter as an "extra-judicial" killing.  In the past UN meetings as well, Lodhi has regularly raised the Kashmir issue. This time around, she called Wani's killing as the "most chilling recent example" of "human rights violations" by Indian forces in Kashmir.  She alleged that the denial of self-determination to Kashmiri people is responsible for arbitrary detentions, summary executions and other "atrocious" violations by the armed forces. "Its

How to deal with Zakir Naik? Not by force, but with a perception-based counter-narrative

Image
Can a phenomenon be eliminated by force? No. That is what the experts feel about televangelist preacher Zakir Naik, who has virtually achieved a phenomenal status. According to them, by controlling law and order and using the state machinery, the popularity gained by Naik can't be erased. As per the confession of one of the militants involved in the Dhaka terror attack, the Mumbai-based Muslim preacher Naik, through his narratives on Islam, motivated him into terrorism Counter-terrorism analysts believe in the need for a counter-narrative based on perception management, to eliminate the growing influence of Naik and his ilk on young minds.Way ba ck in the nineties, stock market broker Harshad Mehta, who was known as the 'Big Bull', became a phenomenon for that generation. But once his stock manipulations and financial crimes became public knowledge, a negative perception got created against him. The phenomenon, thus, got shattered. The key is to use perception

'Modi government' not repairing but replacing economy with better structure

Image
The Indian government's policy focus hasn't been based on populism, or on boosting cyclical growth through fiscal and monetary stimuli, but rather on repairing the system and initiating structural reforms wherever possible, a rating agency said.  "The (Prime Minister Narendra) Modi government's fiscal policy, encouraged by low crude oil prices, has been quite prudent, and has aimed to improve the quality of spending through better targeting, and scaling up of infrastructure investment, while keeping a tab on overall deficit," Crisil said in a report.  "The  monetary policy , too, has focused on ushering in a low and stable inflation regime," it added.  India's Gross Domestic Product (GDP) is likely to grow at 7.9 per cent in 2016-17 compared with 7.6 per cent in fiscal 2015-16, provided the monsoon is normal and the global situation does not deteriorate from here, Crisil said.  "The swing factor this fiscal will be monsoon. There were three

For Battles in New Media, RSS Readies its Intellectual Warriors

Image
Everything, including the sitting arrangement, was meticulously planned and executed to a tee. A brocaded shamiana was pegged well outside the main compound to keep prying journalists at bay. It doubled up as media centre and reception lounge for participating delegates.  The RSS was holding its annual national executive meet in Ranchi amidst the growing chorus of 'intolerance' just ahead of the Bihar polls last year. As joint general secretary Dattatreya Hosebole took stage to address the inaugural press conference, a man in off-white sarong and bush shirt in-conspicuously walked up and took seat amongst journalists. "Ye asahashunta ka nanga naach chal raha hai"; Hosebole thundered. Dr. Manmohan Vaidya, RSS media in-charge sitting on Hosebole's right nodded in agreement. The man in off-white sarong scribbled furiously on his notepad. On discreet queries, I was told that the gentleman's name was J Nandakumar. That he was a senior pracharak from Ker

Lalu Prasad Has Kind Words for Smriti Irani, Calls Her 'Innocent'!

Image
RJD President Lalu Prasad on Friday said Union Textile Minister Smriti Irani was an "innocent woman" who did some good work in the previous HRD ministry, but had no prospects in her new role as Textiles minister. "Smriti Irani innocent mahila hai (Smriti Irani is an innocent woman) who did some good work in her earlier ministry of HRD," Prasad said while reacting to her shifting from HRD to Textile ministry in the latest cabinet reshuffle. He, however, said Irani of late became aggressive in other things at the cost of her principal work. The RJD chief did not see much prospects for her in her role as Textile minister. "Doob chuka hai yeh mantralay (this ministry has sunk deep)," the RJD chief said about the Textile ministry. Prasad said since the reshuffle was a prerogative of the Prime Minister, Irani could do little against such a decision. Let's see what will be Smriti Irani's Reply for this..

What have been the most embarrassing and shameful appointments in India?

Image
There is no dearth of embarrassing and shameful appointments in new-age India. But none takes the cake as much as this lady. Yes. She is the (now ex-) President of India - Ms. Pratibha Patil. Appointed to the highest office of the largest democracy in the world, the lady did not just make a fool of the country in India and abroad, but also made best of tax-payer's money by spending a whopping Rs. 222 crores (INR 2.22 Billion) only on her foreign trips during her tenure of 5 years (22 countries, 4 continents). Her last trip to South Africa and Seychelles (really..??) cost Rs. 18.08 crores (INR 180.8 Million) by itself with one day hotel stays costing as much as Rs. 78 lacs in some cases. And, all these trips were approved by the PM's office deeming as 'necessary for bilateral relations' with these countries. Seychelles, really again..?? Edit 1: Read recently that the lady did not stop her demands even after retirement. She did not like the residence provided by Gov

You Should Know About Modi's Security!

Image
Being the Prime Minister of the world's largest democracy, Shri Narendra Modi's security is top-notch. Prime Minister Narendra Modi enjoys double the security cover of his predecessor Manmohan Singh in terms of commandos of the elite Special Protection Group (SPG) and vehicles in his cavalcade. The reason: No other Prime Minister except Rajiv Gandhi was under such a threat as Modi from militant groups," a Delhi Police officer told anonymously.  Modi has been given "watertight security" due to the frequent threat alerts received from the intelligence agencies. To guard Modi, over 1,000 commandos remain around him in various layers, unlike Manmohan Singh who had just 600 men in his inner security circle. They are generally armed with FN F2000 Assault Rifles and Glock 17 Pistols (hidden in their suits) and are well connected with the rest of the security detail, through a myriad of communication devices. Modi travels in a BMW 7 high-security vehicle spec

Was Narendra Modi’s speech at US Congress composed by himself or by IAS Officers?

Image
Every great speech involves two things: Quality of the scripts. How Speaker is presenting himself/herself with that script. Let’s come on a basic thing: Absolutely Speeches are composed by IAS Officers & Research team, Because it is the thing of Country, PM is representing whole country not any specific things or party. Research team compose speeches after research from every prospect and grounds so that can be beneficial for the Nation and we will not get any harmful effect of any misleading. Now, After the composing of the speeches. It depends upon the PM, How he/she deliver the speech and attract the audience. We know how effective #Modi delivered his speech in US. Do you think if same speech were delivered by former indian PM Manmohan Singh instead of Modi, will effective or not?? I think not, we hear Manmohan Singh for past 10 Years but he has no any such great speech. I know he is mastermind of Economics and I respect him whatever he did for India. :)

China Says: Won’t allow India into NSG unless it signs NPT !!

China  maintains its opposition  to India joining a group of nations seeking to prevent the proliferation of nuclear weapons by controlling access to sensitive technology, said the head of the arms control department in China's Foreign Ministry.  The Nuclear Suppliers Group (NSG) met this week in Seoul, but China said it would not bend the rules and allow India membership as it had not signed the nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty (NPT), the main global arms control pact.  "Applicant countries must be signatories of the Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of nuclear weapons (NPT)," Wang Qun, the head of arms control department in China's Foreign Ministry, was quoted as saying in Seoul on Thursday night.  "This is a pillar, not something that China set. It is universally recognized by the international community," Wang said according to a statement released by the Chinese foreign ministry on Friday.  China is  leading opposition  to a push by the Un
