A 17 Years Rare Gorilla Killed One day after his Birthday!!! A 17-year-old Western Lowland Gorilla at the Cincinnati Zoo and Botanical was shot dead after dragging a child who wandered into the animal’s exhibit Saturday. The 4-year-old boy was taken to Cincinnati Children's Hospital. Authorities described his injuries as serious and non-life threatening. The zoo announced he was released from the hospital on Saturday night.  Zoo Director Thane Maynard said the boy crawled through a barrier and fell about 15-feet into the exhibit’s moat around 4 p.m. Fire officials at the scene witnessed the gorilla "violently dragging and throwing the child," according to a release from Cincinnati Fire Department. 'Dirty' conditions found at KFC branch staff after staff left with no hot water for ten days!! Dirty conditions were found at this KFC drive-thru in Pontypool KFC has been fined a whopping £100,000 for breaching food hygiene regulations, by failing to properly clean "dirty" utensils and surfaces. The six-figure fine relates to the fast food chain's restaurant in Pontypool. Kentucky Fried Chicken Ltd admitted three offences at Cwmbran Magistrates' Court. The case concerned the restaurant and drive-through at Lower Mill Field, New Inn,Pontypool . As well as the £100,000 fine the firm was ordered to pay costs of more than £4,300 to Torfaen council, plus a victim surcharge. The court heard that on May 19 last year a senior environmental health officer from the council visited the branch following a complaint.
