Karisma Kapoor, Sunjay Kapur now officially divorced !
The family court on Monday granted divorce to yesteryear star Karisma Kapoor and business tycoon Sunjay Kapur on Monday. With the court’s permission, the almost 13-year-old marriage of the couple came to an end. A lawyer involved in the case on condition of anonymity said that the family court granted divorce after it was informed that the matter has been resolved amicably at the Supreme Court. According to the lawyer, the court was also informed that the terms had been settled. Another lawyer while talking to this paper confirmed the terms of consent on which the divorce is based. “The custody of the children will be granted to Karisma Kapoor while Sunjay Kapur would get visitation rights during the summer and winter vacations and also during Diwali. A flat in Khar, which is currently in the name of Sunjay Kapur, would be transferred in Karisma’s name.
