What are some interesting examples of movie mistakes in 3 Idiots?!!

This is an Engineering student, who has came through the movie 3 Idiots & found the mistakes.
He describes it as deja vu . But what is the meaning we can't understand. But lets see the mistakes as he describes.
     Now do you remember the scene where Suhaas bought Kareena a new watch in some shopping center and while he was giving Kareena the watch, she notices Amir Khan passing by (along with millimeter  carrying  virus, the inverter).  On seeing him, Kareena runs after him, to scold him for causing the whole Chatur fiasco. The approximate time of this scene is 1:06:40.
1:06:42 - Kareena has just started running after Amir.

1:06:45  - The camera angle has switched. Now we are viewing the scene from Kareena's eyes. Notice the two girls in yellow circle and the girl in red circle.

1:06:46 - The girls in yellow circle have passed on from the camera view and now the girl in red circle has  come into focus. She also has a  friend in green top.Also notice two guys circled in green circle.

1:06:47 - The camera angle switches again and now Kareena is shown pushing the two guys in green circle apart in order to make way.

1:06:48 - Kareena successfully pushes the two guys in green circle apart.

1:06:49 - Camera angle switches again. And we see that Kareena has finally caught up with Amir. But the thing you must notice is that in the background, the two red circled girls and two yellow circled girls have appeared again!!!

Mysterious, isn't it???

But wait, that's not all.

Now, I want you to turn your attention back to the first image (the one taken at 1:06:42). If you look carefully behind Kareena. You will see the backs of two girls, one in yellow top and the one in green top. Can you guess who they are?
Yeah, that's right - These are the same red circle girls as before (or after?)

Now, that's what i call a "treja vu" !!!
