What day to day habits can drain our energy

  1. Chronic masturbation. While medically there are no side- effects of masturbation, but excess of anything is bad. Control your urges. Best way to avoid is put your mind to something else.
  2. Skipping Meals. Body needs energy to run, which we find from food. So don't skip your meal ever.
  3. Talking sense into Fools & Idiots. “One should not approach a Bull from the front, a donkey from the rear. But, a fool should not be approached from any side.”- Chanakya.
  4. Analysis Paralysis. Many a times we do not pursue our dreams and goals due to the fear of foraying into the unknown. We look for all the answers to our doubts before venturing and any unanswered worries make us to back-out. This tussle in our mind drain us mentally and physically apart from wasting our precious time.
  5. Perfecting a negative person. No results will come out your efforts. Problem with a negative person is that nudging, poking and causing troubles is their nature. S/He feels they are right every time and since it’s their innate nature, they don’t see anything wrong in themselves. The best solution is to ignore and not give importance to their antics.
  6. Getting stressed out too often. Be it relationship troubles, money problems, family issues- they all drown your energy.
  7. Work fatigue. Maintaining a work-life balance should be one's paramount task. Like I said earlier- Excess of anything is bad.
