How do India deal with Pakistan when Pak says, they can blast New Delhi just by pressing the button?

Here is the information that tells about the dealing of India with such dialogues.
As soon as the first nuclear warhead hits the Indian Mainland, India’s policy of ‘no first use’ goes out into the drain.
How do India deal with Pakistan when Pak says, they can blast New Delhi just by pressing the button?

After a meeting of the Cabinet Committee on Security, the government issued a statement on January 4, 2003, spelling out India’s nuclear doctrine and the operational of its nuclear deterrent. The salient features of the government statement included the following: India will build and maintain a credible minimum deterrent; follow a no-first-use posture; and will use nuclear weapons only “in retaliation against a nuclear attack on Indian territory or on Indian forces anywhere.” It was also affirmed that nuclear retaliation to a first strike will be massive and designed to inflict unacceptable damage; retaliatory attacks will be authorized only by the civilian political leadership through the Nuclear Command Authority; nuclear weapons will not be used against nonnuclear weapon states; and India will retain the option of retaliating with nuclear weapons in the event of a major attack against it with biological or chemical weapons.
Ever heard of a Nuclear Triad? Oh yea,Pakistan doesn’t yet possess one.Even all of India is somehow miraculously nuked and blown to smithereens. Our ballistic missile submarines will be more than enough to take out Pakistan . I just took out both the Indian Army whose numbers are between 1 and 1.3 million soldiers not counting the reserves and the Indian Air force whose capacity is 240 strong Su 30 mki’s capable of carrying nuclear warheads once integrated with the Brahmos supersonic cruise missile, 50 mirage 2000 H’s and sepecat Jaguar fleet. India also has Agni V IRBM capable of delivering nuclear warheads up to 5000 km.
India’s ballistic missile defense shield is a double-tiered system consisting of two interceptor missiles, namely the Prithvi Air Defense (PAD) missile for high altitude interception, and the Advanced Air Defense (AAD) Missile for lower altitude interception. The two-tiered shield should be able to intercept any incoming missile launched 5,000 kilometers away.
According to DRDO the missiles will work in tandem to ensure a hit probability of 99.8 percent. On 6 May 2012, Dr V K Saraswat confirmed that Phase-I is complete and can be deployed to protect two Indian cities at a short notice. He also added that Phase-I is comparable to PAC-3 system.New Delhi, the national capital, and Mumbai, have been selected for the ballistic missile defense shield. After successful implementation in Delhi and Mumbai, the system will be used to cover other major cities in the country. This shield can destroy incoming ballistic missiles launched from as far as 2,500 km (1,600 mi) away.
I’ll give you a more comparable example. India’s defense budget of 40 billion USD is more than Pakistan’s entire federal Budget 4.2 trillion Pakistani rupees (approx 40 billion USD).India’s Forex reserves are about 340 billion USD. Like I said before, there is no version of Pakistan coming out on top of an armed conflict with India.
We always hope there shouldn’t be any animosity with any of our neighbors but make no mistake once any war begins,I can vouch many countries can’t match India’s warrior spirit. We may be diverse in cultural backgrounds but our nationalistic principles always come first.
