Now, smartphones can help men test sperm health at home;

Image
Those men who find it too embarrassing to visit a fertility clinic to test the health of their sperm have reasons to cheer, thanks to a new smartphone-based system that allows men to have a semen test at home to know about potential fertility problems. Using a low-cost lens, Yoshitomo Kobori from Dokkyo Medical University Koshigaya Hospital in Japan and his colleagues at the University of Illinois in Chicago created a smartphone microscope to analyse semen samples at home, with help from an app that is in development. Clipped onto the camera of a smartphone, the lens magnifies an image by 555 times – perfect for looking at sperm cells, New Scientist reported. “I thought a smartphone microscope could be an easy way to look at problems with male fertility,” Kobori was quoted as saying. To do a home test, a man would have to wait for around five minutes after ejaculation for the semen to liquefy, then apply a small amount to a plastic sheet and press it against the microscop

Pakistan waiting for the day 'Kashmir' Become the part of Pakistan said Nawaz Sharif;

Pakistan is waiting for the day Kashmir becomes its part, Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif said on Friday after his party PML-N swept PoK's legislative assembly elections. "Their movement for freedom cannot be stopped and it will be successful. You are aware of how they are being beaten and killed. All our prayers are with them and we are waiting for the day Kashmir becomes (part of) Pakistan," Sharif was quoted as saying by Dawn News. PML-N is set to form the next government in PoK as the unofficial results of the election for 41 direct seats of the legislative assembly on Thursday suggested a landslide victory for the party. "I saw the election results at night and thought that if our victory is evident, I will travel to Muzaffarabad to congratulate my brothers and sisters. I was told to go tomorrow or day after tomorrow, but said I can't wait, I want to go tonight," he said. The Premier thanked the people of PoK for their support, conveying his gra

'KABALI' Movie Review is here;

Image
Here's what the critics are saying about Kabali, starring Rajinikanth, Winston Chao, Radhika Apte, Dhansika, Dinesh Ravi, Kishore, Kalaiyarasan, John Vijay, Riythvika and Rosyam Nor: Hindustan Times Like every other revenge drama, there are revenge kills and fast-paced scenes that keep you on edge. But just as things start getting wild, an emotional drama starts and puts you in sleep mode. This start-stop nature of the film will be criticised and analysed in days to come. But, where the plot stutters, the subtle mannerisms become the strength of the film – deft hand movements, a sarcastic smile on the corner of the lip and close-ups of Rajinikanth where the raw actor in him comes out, reminiscent of his past character roles. And that is why Kabali will be talked about, for Rajinikanth’s emotions. If you liked him in films such as Aarilirundu Arupadhu Varai or Thalapathi, then you will love him in Kabali. When Deepika was asked about her rumoured engagement, Ranveer looked at her and said, “Let’s go.” The 'Piku' actor said “Thanks, bye”, to reporters before walking away. Ranveer then told reporters, “ Jis type ki film (referring to Madaari) dekhi hai, uska toh lihaaz karen, is type ki fizool ki baatein na karen  (show some regard for the film that is being screened here, do not talk nonsense).” The 31-year-old 'Lootera' actor then went to see off Deepika.
